The
RIB (rigid inflatable boat) challenge is a series of events aimed
at increasing boat skills for children and teens. A fun, fresh
logo was required and critically it needed to highlight the main
sponsor. |

The
Proprietors of this new Limerick Bistro were eager to immediately
establish a reputation for good food in a comfortable and elegant
atmosphere. The gold crest on a burgundy backdrop is used to imply
a strong, trustworthy character. |

'LED
by design' is a new Irish company designing and fabricating shop
window displays using LED lights, they required a very modern
logo that would communicate in an instant what the product is.
A dark background was used to accentuate the intensity of the
LED bulbs, the colours used are bright but not florescent. |

Eugene
Falconer Managing Director of Pharos Security chose the name Pharos
because the massive ancient lighthouse gave strength and protection.
They needed a strong but bright eye-catching logo that would work
on large signs and vans as well as brochures and stationery.
An authentic illustration of the lighthouse was used within a
very modern dynamic feeling logo.

founder of 'Manage My Build' came to Grafica in need of a complete
brand for this new online project management system. The logo
and brand were applied across stationery, marketing suite and
website. The arrows suggest project management guidance, while
the interlocking effect echoes the yin/yang circle of life. |

Pitched
at Architects and Engineers 'Arba' was launched as a new shelters
and street furniture brand by Safety Storage Systems in 2008.
Grafica worked with marketing consultants 'Words Worth' to develop
a brand and website evoking a stylish contemporary image for this
high-end street shelters range. |

The
suppliers of these home treatment light therapy products came
to Grafica for guidance on developing a company/product name,
analysis marketing requirements, develop all necessary materials
and develop an online store.
We worked closely with Eileen O'Toole of Marque Communications
an Ennis based marketing consultancy to deliver this unique brand
and all the collateral necessary for a new start company. |

A
new service launched in 2009 'Great Bulbs' offers low cost environmentally
friendly light bulbs available via an online store.
They required a recognisable yet simple brand in the primary light
colours. |

Brendan
Allen required a classic looking image for the family run Castlemine
Free-Range Farm, a label that would evoke the virtues of traditional
farming practices and yet compete well on the shelf alongside
large compeditors. |

The
University of Limerick Activity Centre asked Grafica to develop
a young, fun and vibrant look for their new adventure packages
aimed at Stag and Hen party market. The 'Stags and Hens' logo
is tongue in cheek nod to the yellow and orange ULAC logo. |

Paula
Clarke is a motivational speaker and describes herself as a 'Potentialist',
she needed a logo (and website) that was clean, simple and got
straight to the point, without being overly serious. |

Previously
called 'Alainn Marquees' the company rebranded to 'Banner Marques
and Bouncing Castles' in 2009. The double banner of the logo subtly
suggesting the letter B, the deep purple backdrop brings the classic
richness of a formal event such as a wedding, while the orange
text 'Bouncing Castles' injecting a hint of colour and an element
of fun. |

Brian
Peters Boxing Promoter based in the US and Ireland needed a logo
that incorporated three very different messages; the excitement
of boxing, the serious business of promoting boxing and an Irish
or Celtic theme.

Formerly
known as Bealtaine the company underwent major expansion in 2006,
their PR consultants 'Words Worth' came up with the new name and
copy line. eTeams deliver language services to clients worldwide,
working closely with Words Worth the Grafica team designed an
identity combining a strong corporate blue with a soft green on
a large E shape giving priority to the teleworking ethos of eTeams,
the curves on the E are purposely shaped to subtly suggest both
a smiling face and a heart. |

Centres required a clean and modern yet feminine looking identity
with thin curves and fluid movement. This identity needed to be
strong enough to work in a range of applications from 10 foot
high signage to product brochures, flyers, stationery and media
adverts. |

'You
Book In' a new service launched by efaveo in 2007 allows customers
of professional practices from Beauticians to Doctors to book
and update appointments online or via text message. They required
an image with a computer/software look but with a soft friendly
feel communicating a simple and easy to use service. |

Accountancy
firm Taxhelper asked Grafica to design a brand that would combine
the flexibility
of modern business methods with the strengths
of traditional Accountancy ethics. The white text in Optima font
on the grey background reflect the serious nature of the business
while the Pie Chart in bright colours adds a dynamic modern element.
The
Pie Chart was chosen as it suggests the simplification of tax
affairs, only one piece is being removed and it is small. |

Beau
Ireland is a nationwide company providing medical treatment for
lines & wrinkles. The translucent text style is applied to
a range of photos of healthy, happy women and men. |

The
RiverRun a stylish new Restaurant located beside the River Shannon
in Killaloe,
needed a contemporary image to match the modern interior. Flowing
text was used to subtly suggest water, with a straight line of
subtext "Bistro, Wine Bar, Gallery" reinforcing the
fact that there are different sides of the RiverRun. |

e-faveo
took their name from 'faveo' Latin for to help (favour), as a
software company focusing on the Healthcare sector Latin was the
obvious choice.
efaveo required a clean fresh looking identity that would be recognisable
as a software company’s logo.

The Angel Times proprietors were aware that existing spiritual
development shops had an adlib approach to their name style, so
they were eager to create a strong brand that would assert their
place at the top of their industry.
The logo image with a rubber stamped feel is displayed beside
rounded friendly letters in a soft yellow on a royal blue background.
By including the Angel Times name and logo on every available
medium the brand is constantly reinforced in the minds of their
consumers as bright and friendly but also professional and reputable.

Exchange' approached Grafica looking for a dynamic identity that
would express their key services; R&D Management Brainstorming
facilitation. The arrow interacts with its surroundings and moves
up quickly, the text overlaid on the arrow heightens the urgency. |

Venture
Capitalists RXI came to Grafica as they needed a cohesive corporate
image adaptable enough to be displayed within the brand of Companies
supported by rxi. The name rxi stands for 'Results by Innovation'. |

GMIT
Marine Biology Dept. asked us to design a logo for a new research
group, primarily observing organism quantities and diversity at
distinct layers in sea depth from sea shore to deep ocean floor.
The solution designed by grafica uses 5 tones of 1 colour (navy)
allowing economical
screen printing onto
research equipment.

Consultnet
Civil Engineers also run one of the internets most visited Engineering
News Portals. The green girders were developed to echo the 3D
previews used in AutoCAD engineering software. This is a 2 colour
logo; the greens being tones of one colour to allow economical
screen printing on site signage. |

using a modern rendition of Newcastle West's Medieval crest the
Chamber of Commerce
is recognised as being modern forward thinking but also in touch
with tradition. The colours used are those of the original crest. |

Information
management consultants 'Central Solutions' help companies throughout
Ireland improve internal efficiency by providing tailored consultancy
and IT solutions. They wanted the name-style to incorporate a
jig-saw as it is instantly recognisable; the final logo shows
a jig-saw piece on what could be a button. |
